How do I access the new RDC service?

You can access the new Huntington Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) service through Business Online.

  1. Log into Business Online
  2. Click on the Receivables Tab
  3. Select Remote Deposit Capture II

Your Business Online ID will be linked to the Remote Deposit Capture Processing site and no additional password/sign-on is required.

IMPORTANT: Administrators setting up new Users for RDC must setup the new User IDs to match the Business Online User ID exactly. 

What are the system requirements for the new RDC platform?

Do I need administrator rights to install the new software?

Yes. Administrator rights are required to install the latest version of WebScan and to install or update scanner drivers, if needed, during your initial training session. If you do not have administrator access on your computer, please arrange for your IT administrator or someone with administrator rights to be available to assist.
